At Meredith House, we believe your celebration deserves more than a time slot—it deserves the whole day. That’s why we host one event per day—yours. From setup to sendoff, the space is entirely yours to style, enjoy, & savor. No rushing. No sharing the spotlight.

Through the Love Legacy Project, we gift micro-weddings and receptions to breast cancer survivors, military couples, and other deserving families.
Each year, we host up to 3 weddings and receptions through The Love Legacy Project — gifting joy and honoring resilience.
PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & BOOKING
A non-refundable booking deposit of $250 is required to secure the event date and is applied toward the total rental fee. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days before the event. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the event without refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 is required and will be returned within five (5) to seven (7) business days following post-event inspection, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occur.
Accepted payment methods include Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment instructions and QR codes will be provided after signing and are also displayed on-site. Please include the client’s name and event date in the payment notes to ensure proper credit. Event dates are not confirmed until payment is received.
SECURITY DEPOSIT FORFEITURE
The security deposit may be partially or fully forfeited for any of the following:
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Events may be rescheduled one (1) time within twelve (12) months of the original event date, subject to venue availability.
The original non-refundable booking deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date. All other payments and deposits will transfer to the new date.
Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the original event date. Requests made within fourteen (14) days of the event are not eligible for rescheduling.
If the event is not rescheduled within twelve (12) months of the original date, all payments and deposits will be forfeited.
By securing your date with a deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in our rental contract.
